This sake, "Ichiryu Issui / 一粒一水", is crafted only from the quality rice grown in Goda, a location watered by clear streams from the Mt. Tate range, and it evokes the flavor of each and every grain. The Goda area cultivates varieties of rice such as Yamada-nishiki, the pinnacle of sake rice, and this sake is made solely using rice of that area. It is crafted in collaboration with a brewery that, since its founding over 100 years ago, has specialized only in junmai-shu.
