All of the Yamadanishiki of special grade or finer that is harvested from Yoshikawa-cho is used in Hakuko-sarasoju brand name. Of the sake crafted by Morikawa sake brewery / 盛川酒造株式会社, established in 1887, this is the absolute finest. With a flavor worthy of a pure rice great scrutinized fermentation, this sake has been brewed keeping in mind the idea of balance with a meal, and it has an understated, refined profile.
